Dilma Rousseff, the first Brasil female President, leads the largest country in Latin America and the 7th largest economy in the world. Rousseff is credited with nearly eradicating extreme poverty in Brazil during her first term by raising the monthly stipend for struggling families. 
Member of Democratic Labor Party and Worker´s Party. 
In 2002 she recieved a position of Minister of energy and tried to win case of energy crisis in the country winning a complete blackout till her Presidency in 2011.
